1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of all services provided by IQQ Trading (“we”, “us”, “our”), including but not limited to:
trading signals (e.g., via Telegram)
Telegram channel access
PIP packages
subscription services
InviteMember-based membership access
performance-fee-based services
any associated digital or automated trading tools
By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms in full.
Our services are intended for users who understand the risks of leveraged trading and digital financial products.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our services.
2. Risk Disclaimer
Trading Forex, Gold, indices, cryptocurrencies, and CFDs involves a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. Leverage can amplify both profits and losses.
You acknowledge and accept that:
you trade entirely at your own risk;
past performance does not guarantee future results;
nothing we provide constitutes financial, legal, or investment advice;
we do not guarantee profit, accuracy, or performance of any signal or service;
losses are a natural part of trading and may exceed initial capital.
Before trading, you should evaluate your investment objectives, experience level, and risk tolerance. Seek independent financial advice if necessary.
3. Nature of the Service
IQQ Trading provides:
trading signals (e.g., via Telegram)
PIP packages
subscription-based access
optional performance-fee-based services
digital tools and trading-related content
InviteMember-based access management
weekly, monthly, and quarterly paid membership plans
We do NOT:
manage funds on behalf of clients
execute trades on your behalf
provide personalised investment advice
guarantee profitability, performance, or outcomes
You make all trading decisions yourself.
4. Data Privacy (GDPR-Compliant)
We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR.
We collect and use your data solely for:
account creation
delivering purchased services
payment processing
customer support
fraud prevention
service improvement
We do not sell your data to third parties.
We only share data with trusted processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Telegram, InviteMember) strictly as required to deliver the service.
By using our services, you consent to such data processing.
5. Subscriptions & Access
Purchasing a subscription grants you access to:
trading signals
private Telegram channels
digital materials or tools as specified at checkout
Subscription terms:
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
Cancellation prevents future charges but does not refund past payments.
Access ends automatically if payment fails, is reversed, disputed, or remains unpaid.
Access is managed by InviteMember based on active payment status.
6. PIP Packages
PIP Packages are prepaid credits used to access premium services.
You acknowledge that:
PIP credits are deducted only when profitable signals occur.
Losses, break-even trades, or missed trades do not deduct PIPs.
When PIP credits reach zero, access is paused until additional credits are purchased.
PIP purchases are final and non-refundable.
7. Performance Fees
When using a performance-fee model:
fees are based on realised net profits only;
fees apply only when the billing period ends in profit;
invoices are typically issued monthly unless otherwise stated;
invoices must be paid within the required window to maintain service access.
Failure to pay performance fees may result in:
suspension of service
removal from premium channels
permanent account termination
8. Payments
Payments may be processed through:
Stripe
PayPal
Other approved payment processors
By completing a purchase, you authorize the processor to store your payment information for recurring billing (where applicable).
You agree to:
keep your payment information up to date
ensure funds are available at the time of billing
take responsibility for successful payment completion
9. No Refund / No Chargeback Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to:
subscriptions
Telegram channel access
PIP packages
performance fees
setup fees
digital products
partial-month usage
renewals
missed or unused signals due to the user
accidental or duplicated purchases
price changes
trial access
inability to trade or follow signals
personal or financial circumstances
The service is considered delivered the moment Telegram access or digital content is activated.
Chargebacks violate these Terms.
If you initiate a dispute or chargeback:
your access may be permanently revoked
your account may be blacklisted
outstanding fees may be recovered through legal action
all evidence (InviteMember logs, timestamps, Stripe/Telegram logs) will be submitted
No refunds will be issued.
10. Prohibited Use (Telegram & InviteMember Enforcement)
You agree NOT to:
resell, share, copy, forward, leak, or redistribute signals
share screenshots, charts, or strategy content
add unauthorized users to private channels
create multiple accounts to exploit promotions
bypass InviteMember’s access control
impersonate another user
scrape the channel using bots or automation
use the signals for commercial re-distribution
Violation results in:
immediate termination
permanent ban
no refund
possible legal action
InviteMember logs are used to prove violations.
11. Service Availability
We strive to provide continuous service but cannot guarantee:
uninterrupted Telegram access
uninterrupted signal delivery
uninterrupted server uptime
broker stability
third-party availability (Telegram, VPS providers, Stripe, InviteMember)
Delays or outages do not qualify for refunds or compensation.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IQQ Trading shall not be liable for:
financial losses or capital loss
loss of profit, income, or opportunity
indirect or consequential damages
missed signals, delays, or execution issues
user mistakes or misinterpretations
technical failures of Telegram, InviteMember, Stripe, or your internet provider
You alone are responsible for your trading decisions.
13. Lifetime Access (If Purchased Separately)
For Lifetime Access purchases:
one-time fee
access is non-refundable
access is personal and non-transferable
violations of the Terms void access permanently, without refund
access remains active as long as the service exists
14. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
Changes will be published on this page.
Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Germany unless mandatory consumer laws state otherwise.
16. Final Acceptance
By purchasing or using our services, you confirm that you:
have read and understood these Terms
agree to all payment, access, and refund rules
understand the risks involved in trading
accept full responsibility for your own decisions
agree not to share or redistribute signals
accept InviteMember’s automated access management
