Risk Disclaimer
Trading foreign exchange (Forex), contracts for difference (CFDs), and other financial instruments involves significant risk and is not suitable for every investor. Leverage can work both to your advantage and disadvantage. Before deciding to invest, you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite.
You should be aware of all the risks associated with trading and seek advice from an independent financial advisor if you have any doubts. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
We do not offer investment advice. All decisions made based on our trading signals or materials are made at your own risk. The use of any trading signals, bots, or automation tools is at the sole responsibility of the client.
Data Privacy
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We use your data solely for providing access to our services and processing payments. We do not sell or share your data with third parties beyond what is necessary to fulfill our services (e.g., payment providers).
Payment, Subscription and Performance Fee Terms
By purchasing access to our trading services, the client agrees to the terms of a monthly subscription charged via Stripe, PayPal, or other authorized payment processors. The subscription provides access to our private Telegram channel and trading signal services.
Additionally, a performance fee is charged monthly based on the realized profits generated through our trading signals. Invoices are issued on the 1st day of each month and must be paid by the 3rd day of the same month in order to maintain access to services.
The client also agrees that signal access may be restricted or revoked if payment is delayed, incomplete, or declined.
Clients may also purchase PIP packages to access our services. PIP packages are prepaid credits that are only deducted in case of profitable signals. Losses are not charged. Once a user’s PIP credit reaches zero, access will be paused until additional credits are purchased.
All payments are processed securely via Stripe, PayPal, or other approved payment providers. By using our services, the client consents to these providers storing their payment data for the purpose of processing recurring subscription payments.
No Refund / No Chargeback Policy
All payments (including Setup Fees, Subscriptions, Performance Fees, and PIP Packages) are final and non-refundable.
By confirming payment, the client explicitly waives any right to refunds, chargebacks, or reversals through PayPal, Stripe, banks, or any other payment provider.
Any attempt to dispute or reverse payments after receiving access to services constitutes a breach of contract and may result in immediate termination of services and legal action.
Services are considered fully delivered once access to trading signals, accounts, bots, or channels has been provided, regardless of whether the client actively uses them.
By purchasing, the client acknowledges that the service is a digital product and agrees that the statutory right of withdrawal (right of cancellation) does not apply once the service has begun.
Final Acceptance
By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, including the No Refund / No Chargeback Policy.
